Spine Focused Neurosurgeon
to join our
growing neurosurgery program
at the
Abrazo Arrowhead Campus
in
Glendale, Arizona
(part of the Greater Phoenix area). This is a full-time, employed opportunity to become part of a
collaborative, high-performing neuroscience team
dedicated to exceptional care and strategic growth.
You’ll be joining a group that includes:
Our team works in close partnership with hospital leadership and enjoys the support of a
seasoned neurosurgery service line director
who is focused solely on advancing this specialty.
Position Highlights
Variable schedule with a mix of
2–3 days/week in clinic and OR
Shared
call responsibilities : 7–10 days/month
Dedicated PA pool
(1 PA per attending) to support both clinic and surgical work
Collaborative, forward-thinking team with a shared vision for program development
Who We’re Looking For
MD or DO
Board Certified or Board Eligible
in Neurosurgery
Eligible for
Arizona medical licensure
Strong clinical and surgical skills with a desire to contribute to program growth
