U.S. Anesthesia Partners of Colorado, is actively recruiting a full-time general anesthesiologist for a physician‑owned and led practice in Louisville, CO (near Boulder!).
Incentives and Compensation You can choose incentives up to $70k, including sign‑on, student loan repayment and relocation!
Estimated starting compensation $525,000 to $550,000 (based on average of 8 weeks off) with the ability to earn more with incentive pay.
2‑year partner track wealth‑building shareholder opportunity available.
Salaried Associate position with flexible FTE (3, 4 or 5 day/week options).
$30k sign‑on bonus or $20k sign‑on bonus with $30k student loan repayment, plus a $20k relocation bonus (if eligible).
401k match and quarterly profit sharing.
Medical malpractice including tail insurance.
No non‑compete.
Wellness and reimbursement program.
Job Highlights / Responsibilities
Cases include General Bread and Butter, Spine, Gyn, General, OB, Urology – combination of hospital and ASC work.
Work across multiple hospitals and ASCs around the Denver metro and throughout Colorado with regional coverage.
Ability to tailor practice and work top‑license level cases.
Participate in group and facility governance, with a robust leadership development program.
Benefit from a state‑of‑the‑art IT infrastructure and advanced quality data tools to optimize patient experience.
Qualifications
M.D. or D.O. with completion of an approved Anesthesiology Residency program.
Board eligible or board certified in Anesthesiology.
Complete hospital credentialing requirements for the hospitals where privileges are sought.
