as a Senior Director, Product Marketing for the Connectivity, Broadband and Networking (CBN) business unit and the Data Center business unit. This role also serves as the Dragonwing marketing pillar lead, coordinating cross‑functional marketing efforts across IE‑IoT, CBN, and Cellular Infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end‑to‑end product marketing for the CBN BU, including Wireless Broadband, Networking, Wi‑Fi Client, and Compute & Consumer Wireless Connectivity.
Oversee marketing strategy, planning, budgeting, and execution for the Data Center BU, aligning with BU leadership and sales teams.
Serve as Dragonwing marketing pillar lead, coordinating marketing priorities, messaging, and resource allocation across IE‑IoT, CBN, and Cellular Infrastructure.
Collaborate with product management, engineering, and business teams to translate technical capabilities into compelling value propositions and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Develop and execute 360‑degree marketing campaigns that span product launches, thought leadership, and partner engagement.
Drive development of differentiated messaging and positioning for diverse audiences including OEMs, partners, analysts, and media.
Manage cross‑functional marketing teams and foster collaboration across BUs and corporate functions.
Represent marketing in BU leadership forums and contribute to strategic planning and business reviews.
Oversee creation of high‑impact marketing assets including presentations, demos, collateral, and digital content.
Monitor and report on marketing KPIs, campaign performance, and budget utilization.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 9+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Marketing, Business, Engineering, Communications, or a related field.
Or Associate's degree and 11+ years of experience;
Or High school Diploma and 13+ years of experience.
Completed advanced degrees may be substituted for up to two years of work experience (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years).
Preferred Qualifications
12+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in semiconductors, networking, or infrastructure technologies.
Proven leadership in product marketing across multiple business units or technology domains.
Ability to develop marketing messaging and campaigns for complex semiconductor, software, and services technologies.
Strategic thinking with a track record of driving impactful technology marketing initiatives.
Strong strategic planning and execution skills with experience managing large‑scale marketing programs.
Experience collaborating across product, engineering, and executive teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in market and competitive analysis.
Pay Range $223,400.00 – $335,200.00 — The above pay scale reflects the broad minimum to maximum range for this role in the posted location. Additional compensation may include an annual discretionary bonus program and RSU grants.
