You deserve a job you love Volt is immediately hiring for Machine Operator – Molding in Camarillo, Ca Job Description: Operate injection molding machines according to established procedures. Perform mold changes and basic machine setups. Record production data (quantities, downtime, scrap). Troubleshoot and communicate equipment issues. Package finished goods and mix materials accurately. Read blueprints and adjust machine settings for precision. Conduct first article inspections and maintain quality standards. Clean and maintain machines, follow safety protocols, and keep work area organized. This is a full-time , Direct Hire opportunity. Qualifications: 1 years’ experience operating molding machines. Ability to work independently or in a team. Advanced decoupling skills. Knowledge of safety and quality control principles. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude. Preferred: Profax and P5M6K material knowledge preferred.
