We seek a board‑certified (ACVIM or ECVIM) or board‑eligible cardiologist with a DVM or equivalent degree to practice cutting‑edge medicine in our collegial, state‑of‑the‑art facility. The successful candidate will contribute to our ACVIM cardiology residency training program and AMC’s legacy of strong, postgraduate clinical teaching.
Responsibilities
Contribute to the ACVIM cardiology residency training program and postgraduate clinical teaching.
Work cooperatively with all sections of the hospital, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
Perform clinical duties, including weekend work (one day) and occasional emergencies.
Participate in clinical and/or basic science research, with opportunities for collaboration at AMC, Weill Cornell Medical College, and NYU campuses.
Qualifications
Board‑certified (ACVIM or ECVIM) or board‑eligible cardiologist.
Holder of a DVM or equivalent degree.
Strong interpersonal and cooperative work skills.
