Responsibilities
Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting acute, chronic, and well visits
Treating patients in‑office or in testing centers and conducting occasional tele‑health visits
Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities
Collaborating with in‑office teammates via daily huddles and with virtual clinical teams
Utilizing clinical training for in‑office procedures
Supervising one or more NP or PA colleagues
Qualifications
Enrolled in or have completed an accredited Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency program
Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing all ages (0+)
Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine/Medicine/Pediatrics, with plan to obtain certification within 1 year of starting at One Medical
State licensed in Massachusetts before the start date

Ability to communicate effectively with individuals of all backgrounds
Comfortable using technology to deliver high‑quality care
Clinical proficiency in evidence‑based primary care
Desire to be part of a team dedicated to changing healthcare delivery

Capability to navigate uncertain situations confidently with patients and colleagues
Readiness to adapt personal and interpersonal behavior to meet patient needs
This is a full‑time role based in Boston, MA.
One Medical is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range is $252,000 to $267,800 per year. Total compensation may include restricted stock unit grants, bonuses and benefits. For more information, visit https://www.onemedical.com/careers/.
