We’re looking for an experienced Product Marketing expert to join our Product Marketing team at a pivotal and exciting time for the organization. In this role, you’ll be responsible for: Working cross‑functionally with Product, Brand & Social Media, PR, Design, Growth Marketing, Partnerships, UX Research and Consumer Insights to bring a vision for helping Strava’s 120M+ athletes get the most out of their Strava experience. Serving as a key strategic partner to the Product team, using market insights, competitive intelligence, and customer research to influence product roadmap prioritization. Shaping feature development decisions through market expertise to build products that resonate with our diverse athlete community while driving business growth. Marketing new and existing product features that reinforce Strava’s core values and lead integrated marketing for high‑priority initiatives. What You’ll Do
Lead cross‑functional initiatives and serve as the marketing voice in product development, owning end‑to‑end project coordination. Build scalable marketing systems and processes that enable the team to execute efficiently. Develop go‑to‑market plans for product priorities and new innovations, turning ideas into action while operating in ambiguity. Use data and insights to inform product and marketing decisions, creating repeatable playbooks and measurement frameworks. What You’ll Bring
A BA or MBA (MBA preferred). 8+ years of professional experience in B2C product marketing in a corporate or startup environment, preferably with a direct‑to‑consumer app‑based product. Experience leading cross‑functional teams and managing up to executive stakeholders. A proven track record of launching products that drive adoption and deliver measurable impact. Ability to create repeatable processes, playbooks, and frameworks that improve team efficiency. Fluency with data, including market sizing, forecasting, and marketing efficacy. Why Join Us
