This role starts in mid-2025 and offers a balanced schedule of outpatient and inpatient duties. Position Overview:
  • Role : Permanent Pulmonary and Critical Care Physician
  • Start Date : Mid-2025
  • Location : Near Germantown, NY, serving a surrounding network of facilities
  • Schedule :
    • Inpatient & Outpatient Balance :
      • 1 week per month in ICU
      • 1 week per month pulmonary consults
      • 2 weeks per month in the outpatient office
    • Call & Weekend Coverage :
      • Night call 2-3 times per month, with one weekend shift
      • Weekend coverage rotation is 1 in every 4 to 5 weeks
  • Support Structure : Closed ICU with 24/7 Critical Care coverage
  • Visa Sponsorship : Open to H-1B candidates; J-1 waivers are not accepted
Qualifications:
  • Board Certified/Eligible in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine Required
  • New York State Medical License (or in-process) Required
  • DEA Certification (or willingness to obtain) Required
  • Candidates must reside outside a 30-mile radius from local institutions to qualify
