RESPONSIBILITIES OF POSITION: Expert operators require a blend of technical and soft skills: Safely operate heavy demolition equipment (excavators, skid steers, loaders, bulldozers, and attachments such as shears, grapples, and breakers) Perform structural and selective demolition per project plans Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance Communicate effectively with supervisors xsgimln and crew using radios and hand signals Identify hazards, unstable structures, and changing site conditions Follow OSHA regulations, site-specific safety plans, and company policies Maintain daily equipment and production logs PM20 PI7ebef809994b-25448-393264635c143e31-5e48-4549-b638-05792d185386
