Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, business development, business operations or account management.
- 2 years of recruiting experience supporting an advertising agency, design studio, or an in-house creative team.
- 1 year of experience in a matrixed environment focused on hiring design, copywriting, art direction, or production profiles.
Preferred qualifications
- Understanding of the marketing and design industries/trends rooted in talent research.
- Ability to assess creative work across mediums such as branding, product design, film, and copy.
- Ability to handle client and partner relationships with empathy and to work in a team environment.
- Ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships.
- Ability to prioritize and succeed in an environment with engaging demands with excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and people management skills.

As a Creative Recruiter, you will partner with Google's Marketing leaders spanning several organizations to include, but not limited to Brand Studio, Enterprise and Education Creative Lab, Platforms and Devices, Cloud, YouTube and Ads. You will identify top creative talent, develop recruiting strategies, and propose and implement ongoing improvements to Google’s Marketing recruitment efforts.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $107,000-$153,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
