Job Description

Position Summary

This position plays a critical role in supporting strategic human resources initiatives through data analysis, reporting, and insights. This role partners closely with HR leadership to provide accurate workforce analytics, support performance programs, and improve decision-making through data-driven insights. The position will also support HR projects. This position reports to the ,CHRO.

The budgeted salary range for this position is $80,000 - $95,000. Actual pay will be dependent on budget and experience; all our salaried roles are eligible for bonus.

Essential Job Functions/Key Job Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and analyze HR dashboards and reports (headcount, turnover, time-to-fill, engagement, absenteeism, labor cost, etc.)
  • Prepare recurring and ad-hoc reports for HR leadership
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across HR systems
  • Administer annual engagement surveys, pulse surveys, 360’s, and other surveys as needed
  • Maintain system security and create and manage job codes in HRIS
  • Serve as a power user for HRIS and reporting tools (UKG, Smart Recruiters, etc.)
  • Support system audits, testing, and process improvements
  • Run I9 compliance reports
  • Assist with creation of forms, SOP’s, and user guides
  • Maintain PTO accruals and updates
  • Manage the employee portal and ensure its accuracy
  • Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes through automation and analytics
  • Support compliance reporting and audits as needed (EEO, ACA, internal audits, etc.)
  • Assist with HR communications
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with data privacy standards
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications

Education & Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Analytics, Finance, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR analytics, HR operations, or a data-focused HR role
  • Experience in hospitality, retail, or multi-location organizations a plus

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Advanced knowledge and experience with HRIS systems and reporting tools
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerBI (Pivot tables, formulas, lookups, data modeling, etc.)
  • Ability to translate data into clear insights for non-technical audiences
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently

Work Environment & Physical Demands

  • Ability to stand, type and sit at desk/computer for most of the work shift executing repetitive movements 
  • No adverse or hazardous conditions
  • Not required, but preferred to be able to occasionally lift, push or pull  lbs. individually or with assistance
