Partner cross‑functionally (Claims, RevOps, FP&A, HR, etc.) to ensure clean data flow into accounting systems. Finance & Accounting Operations Oversee day‑to‑day accounting operations, including AP. Drive process improvements and automation within our financial systems (e.g., NetSuite, Bill.com, Mesh). Implement internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting policies as we prepare for future audits and scale. Support audit preparation and liaise with external auditors. Reporting & Strategic Support Support FP&A with monthly budget‑to‑actuals, variance analyses, and financial insights. Provide operational visibility by improving reporting processes, dashboards, and controls. Contribute to special projects such as system implementations, workflow redesigns, and new revenue streams.
