Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans for the initiative, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with the agreed goals.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, report on and proactively manage risks associated with the project.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with multiple teams within IT to ensure successful project delivery. Communicate project updates, risks, and issues to executive stakeholders.
- Vendor and Tool Management: Participate in the evaluation and selection of the product from vendors. Manage the implementation efforts with the vendor team with strict governance and controls to ensure timely delivery.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed project documentation, including plans, risk assessments, test results, and final reports. Produce metrics and dashboards to measure project success and security posture improvements.
Qualifications and Experience
Education
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field. A master's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
Experience
Minimum 5-8 years of experience in IT project management, with at least 3 years focused on cybersecurity or information risk management.
Certifications
PMP or PRINCE2.
Technical Skills
Understanding of network and application security, cloud environments (primarily AWS), WAF, CDN and Bot Management.
Soft Skills
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and adapt to evolving threats and business needs.
