As a Production Machine Operator, you'll set up, operate, and maintain production machinery to produce quality goods, following blueprints and instructions. Pay: $17/hr. for 1st Shift | $18/hr. for 2nd Shift

Shifts: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM & 2:15 PM - 10:45 PM What You'll Do
- Set up, operate, and adjust machines, including computer-controlled equipment, to produce parts to specification
- Monitor machine performance, detect defects, and perform in-process inspections using measuring tools
- Perform minor maintenance such as cleaning, lubrication, and adjustments
- Follow all safety regulations and use personal protective equipment
- Document production data accurately, including output, runtime, and any issues
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production schedules
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year of work experience preferred (willing to train)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Basic math and computer skills
- Ability to read job orders
- Physical stamina for standing 8+ hours and lifting 20-50 lbs regularly
