Summary: The Customer Service Coordinator will assess the service needs of clients and connect them with the correct provider, create and maintain a directory of service providers and resources, create and maintain a database of clients and client needs, assess client issues and provide recommendations to fix problems, ensure each client is given the necessary services and follow up to fill ongoing service needs. Job Purpose: Support the outside sales team and manage the proactive marketing, lead generation and follow-up, sales coordination and customer satisfaction activities. Duties and Responsibilities Sales Coordination Responsibilities: The main purpose will be to manage the equipment sales administration. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Manages Zoho and SamPro coordination
  • Manages OS Account Lists on business systems
  • Manages Draft details (on going changes, communication to field)
  • Tracks activity and revenue at Target Accounts
  • Generates Monthly Sales Reports (Bookings, Invoicing, etc…)
  • Generates Sales Charts for Posting (Salesmen Performance, # of PM contracts, etc.)
  • Generates special Sales Reports for Management as needed
  • Documents Submittals
  • Progresses Payment Billings
  • Coordinates communication between Business Unit / OS / IS
  • Assists as needed with Overflow of IS Work
  • Manages administration of sales blitz
  • Develops tracking procedures to include Log In, Assignment, Follow Up, Action Items
  • Follows Leads from Cradle to Grave and tracks results
  • Manages monthly customer satisfaction surveys
Marketing Responsibilities:
  • Seminars, advertising and coordination
  • Supports Social Media advertising and promotion
  • Targeted direct mail campaigns & sales blitz
  • E-mail marketing campaign
  • Manages manufacturers co-op funds
  • Manages all Marketing efforts related to above
Secondary Responsibilities: * Handles and completes inside sales orders. Including proposal, order entry through invoice and registration of equipment Necessary and desirable qualifications include, but are not limited to, the following:Qualifications include:
  • Strong knowledge of Windows based programs
  • Possess strong organizational skills
  • Ability to track and follow up on quotes and open jobs.
  • Knowledgeable with Zoho CRM and DataBasics Sampro software systems,
  • Updates and maintains systems with new sales information.
  • Must meet deadlines and keep commitments consistently.
  • Broad knowledge and experience in the industry
  • Excellent skills in both verbal and written communication
  • Ability to work both independently or within a team
  • Education (degree(s) required) High School Diploma or Equivalent bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales or Marketing·
  • Experience (years of experience required) 3-5 years of experience in Inside Sales and/or Marketing
Working ConditionsThe Sales Coordinator position is in an office setting. Workweeks are generally 40 hours, though some overtime or nontraditional hours may be necessary, particularly to meet sales needs.Physical RequirementsThe Sales Coordinator will be required to: read; communicate verbally and/or in written form; remember and analyze certain information; and remember and understand certain instructions or guidelines. While performing the duties of this job, they may be required to stand, walk, and sit. Frequently required to use hands to touch, handle, and feel, and to reach with hands and arms. Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
