Position Overview We’re looking for skilled, motivated, and professional HVAC Technicians and Installers who take pride in their work and understand the importance of customer trust. This position will work across the tri-state region performing residential and light commercial heating and cooling service, maintenance, and installation. Responsibilities Diagnose, service, repair, and install HVAC systems (gas, electric, heat pumps, mini-splits, etc.) Perform routine maintenance and system checks Complete work orders, documentation, and customer service interactions with professionalism Ensure compliance with EPA and state licensing requirements Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment in safe working order Collaborate with dispatch and operations to meet service timelines Educate customers on system performance, efficiency, and options Uphold company standards of quality, communication, and integrity Requirements EPA 608 Certification (Universal preferred; required to handle refrigerants) State/Local Licensure : Kentucky : Journeyman or Master HVAC license preferred Ohio : Experience working under an OCILB-licensed contractor Indiana : Familiarity with local registration and permitting requirements Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Minimum 5 years of experience in residential/light commercial HVAC Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Excellent customer service and communication Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications NATE Certification OSHA-10 or OSHA-30 Safety Training Experience across multiple jurisdictions (IN/OH/KY) Knowledge of modern smart-home HVAC controls and high-efficiency systems What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Bonus opportunities for completed installs and customer satisfaction Paid training and continuing education Licensing and certification reimbursement Company vehicle (for qualified techs) Growth paths to Lead Technician and Service Manager roles Why Join Our Team We believe in empowering our technicians with knowledge, respect, and opportunity.
