- Provide direct bedside care, medication administration, and treatments as per scope of practice
- Implement and monitor individualized care plans
- Accurately monitor, record, and communicate resident conditions
- Follow and carry out physician and nursing orders
- Communicate professionally with residents, families, staff, and outside agencies
- Support team goals and foster a collaborative care environment
- Maintain compliance with all facility policies and state/federal regulations
- Valid California LVN license (Required)
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to work well within a team and adapt to changing resident needs
- Understanding of long-term care regulations preferred
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
