• Coach, mentor, and collaborate with a team of high-performing Wealth Advisors to ensure the optimal client experience
• Advance growth initiatives throughout the firm including talent acquisition, tuck-in advisors, and business development to lead the firm to the next level of performance

Requirements

• 5+ years of wealth management leadership
