Role Overview The Salesforce Technical Architect will serve as the strategic technology leader for large-scale Salesforce implementations across Experience Cloud, Enhanced CMS, and Commerce solutions. This role requires deep architectural expertise, enterprise governance, and leadership in designing secure, scalable, and integrated solutions. The architect will guide technical teams, advise stakeholders, and ensure alignment with business objectives while driving innovation and best practices.
Must have skills: Salesforce core platform (Sales, Service) Nice to Have: Commerce Cloud
Responsibilities: 15+ years of IT experience with at least 3+ years of Technical Architect with a strong Service Oriented Architecture and integration background Should have developed architecture and design for multiple client engagements aligning to their business needs 3+ years of experience in architecting and designing systems on Force.com platform Led 2
3 architecture and consulting engagements Build, deploy, and monitor AI agents using Agentforce Activator and pre-built skills for various roles and industries. Implement agentic workflows for automation and decision-making. Utilize Prompt Builder, Prompt Store, and Agent Library for creating reusable AI workflows. Implement Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), data masking/demasking, and toxicity detection for secure AI operations. Work with Agentforce for Developers in VS Code and Code Builder powered by CodeGen and xGen-Code models. Use AI-powered tools for text-to-code generation, code explanation, test case creation, and debugging.o
Required Skills Salesforce Expertise: Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL; experience with Sales, Service, Marketing Cloud, and Agentforce features. AI & Automation: Knowledge of Generative AI, Agentic AI principles, and Salesforce AI adoption strategies; familiarity with MCP servers and AI-driven debugging tools. Tools & Technologies: Git, VS Code, SFDX, Data Loader; Jira/Confluence for Agile project management.
Certifications Salesforce Architect Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1), Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD2) Additional certifications in Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud are plus
