About the Role
As a
Systems Analyst , you will rapidly develop a deep understanding of application components, data flows, integrations, and platform behavior. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys translating complex business processes into clear, actionable technical requirements while working closely with engineering, product, and operations teams. Youll contribute by documenting and optimizing system requirements, producing clear technical artifacts, and ensuring accuracy and clarity across moderate to complex software systems in a highly regulated financial environment.
Key Responsibilities Analyze and document system requirements, user stories, and specifications Translate business processes into technical solutions Create business flow diagrams and technical documentation Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams Support release coordination, incident analysis, and operational excellence Communicate complex system behavior to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Must-Have Skills & Experience Mainframe experience
(COBOL, VSAM, Batch/Online processes, CICS, IOM) Financial Services experience
(Corporate Actions highly preferred) Java Automation experience
(Jest or Cucumber) SQL & DB querying
(Oracle, DB2, Stored Procedures) Cloud exposure
(AWS preferred)
Nice-to-Have REST / SOAP APIs, JSON BDD and Agile methodologies Experience with Splunk (queries, dashboards, alerts) Payments or capital markets domain exposure
Additional Information Hybrid work model (onsite every other week) Background check, credit check, and drug screening required Pre-interview technical assessment will be administered prior to client submission
