About the Role As
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
, you will be a key member of the Executive Team, responsible for
financial strategy, capital formation, and investor relations
across Dataprana and its subsidiaries. You will lead long-term financial planning, oversee fundraising initiatives, and ensure that the companys financial foundation supports its continued growth and expansion. The CFO will serve as a
strategic advisor
to the CEO and leadership teamguiding decision-making through disciplined financial analysis and structuring sophisticated financing solutions for Datapranas

Key Responsibilities Design & Implement Crypto Financial Systems Build and optimize financial systems that support Datapranas crypto-mining operations, treasury strategy, and long-term financial goals. Fundraising, Capital Strategy & Fund Management Lead fundraising efforts and capital strategy to fuel company growth. Establish, implement, and manage company-controlled investment funds, including legal structuring, investor engagement, operations, reporting, and compliance. Maintain strong investor relations. Financial Operations Oversight Oversee budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and reporting functions. Oversee compliance, tax, audit, and internal controls across all entities. Cash Flow & Treasury Management Oversee liquidity, risk, and investment strategies to maintain financial stability. Optimize working capital and capital allocation for sustained growth. Strategic Finance Leadership Provide financial insights that guide long-term strategy, drive operational scale, and support executive decision-making. Loans & Debt Facilities Lead sourcing, negotiation, and closing of loan facilities. Manage lender relationships, structure financing agreements, and ensure covenant compliance. Team Building & Leadership Grow and lead the finance and accounting teams, fostering a culture of accountability, precision, and innovation. Driving Growth in a Startup Environment Operate with agility, focus, and adaptability, navigating the challenges and opportunities of a rapidly scaling digital-infrastructure company.
Preferred Industry Experience Experience in FinTech, asset management and investment, crypto mining or blockchain infrastructure, high-growth startups or rapidly scaling technology companies. Experience establishing and operating investment funds or similar financial vehicles.
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Public or Business Administration, or a related field Ten (10) years of progressively responsible financial management experience with five (5) years in a supervisory capacity In-depth knowledge of quarterly financial reporting requirements, including compliance with IRS and SEC regulations Proven track record of raising capital and managing investor relationships Demonstrated experience in the full lifecycle of fund managementfrom fund formation and structuring to operational oversight and compliance reporting Deep expertise in crypto-mining, digital assets, or blockchain finance Strong command of financial modeling, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making Builders mindset
