-homes/five-fountains/ Please do not apply if you have been found to call in frequently, are not punctual to shifts, and/or are not willing to assist with cleaning, cooking, and resident cares. Legato Living at Five Fountains is a residential memory care. We care for 12-14 seniors who have memory impairment. This is a brand-new ranch-style home located in a residential neighborhood. The main floor will have 7 residents with two staff members and the lower floor will have 5 residents with one staff member with the help of a float staff member. Caregivers MUST have an active 40-hour Medication Aide. Caregivers will be assisting with ADLs, IADLs, and overseeing operations in the home. Residential memory cares benefit not only the residents, but the staff as well. It is an intimate environment that is less stimulating than a large facility and allows staff to maintain a work-life-balance without being overworked or managing multiple residents on their own. Caregivers are administering meds, charting, completing housekeeping, and assisting residents with dressing, grooming, bathing, feeding, toileting, transferring, activities, and more. However, as mentioned above, the resident to staff ration is 4:1 which is significantly lower than in a larger setting. Benefits: We are seeking full time caregivers who are interested in working 8 or 12 hour shifts. We consider a full-time employee someone who is averaging 32 hours/week. IF they are full-time they are eligible for PTO and health insurance (if desired). ALL staff will receive the option of dental, vision, and life insurance. We offer monthly incentives for caregivers, including cash bonuses. We value our staff and strive to create a work environment that allows caregivers to also feel stability and worth. Unlike staffing agencies, we can offer a steady schedule and guaranteed hours. Responsibilities and Duties: The candidate must be able and willing to complete the following tasks: -Promote a safe environment and maintain unobstructed pathways while performing duties and providing care. -Assist safely with ambulation, transfers, and/or range of motion exercises when necessary. -Assist with incidental/instrumental activities of daily living - including meal preparation, socialization activities, homemaking and maintaining a clean and safe physical environment, medication administration, housekeeping. -Must be capable of recognizing, documenting, and reporting changes in the patient/client's condition and safety to the supervisor. Must utilize infection control measures at all times. The candidate must attend all mandatory in-services, meetings, and provide requested documents to keep the employee file current and in compliance.6b250ea6-cee3-481d-915c-f7283f1b2f1b
