Job Description Job Description About Us: Willow Home Care is a newly licensed non-medical home care agency dedicated to providing top-quality services to seniors and individuals with special needs in Allegheny and surrounding counties. Our mission is to enable clients to live independently and safely in their preferred environment. Services Provided: Personal Assistance: Assisting clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. Respite: Offering temporary relief for primary caregivers, typically provided in the client’s home. Responsibilities: Provide personal care and assistance to clients in their homes. Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Offer companionship and emotional support. Monitor and report changes in client health status. Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in home care or a related field preferred (not required). Compassionate and caring demeanor. Ability to build rapport with clients. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (preferred not required). Salary: The average hourly wage for caregivers in the Pittsburgh area is approximately $13.
