LEAD HVAC Residential Installer

Job Description Job Description Rendon Heating & Air, Inc. is looking for a skilled and motivated HVAC Installer with 1–3 years of residential and/or light commercial installation experience . The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with HVAC equipment installation, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering quality service. Key Responsibilities Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and ventilation systems. Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings. Safely handle refrigerants, electrical connections, and system start-ups in compliance with local codes. Ensure quality, timely, and accurate installations according to manufacturer specifications and company standards. Communicate effectively with customers and team members, providing professional service at all times. Perform other duties as needed to support the installation team. Qualifications 1–3 years of HVAC installation experience required (residential or light commercial). EPA Certification preferred (Type I/II or Universal). High school diploma or equivalent required; trade school or technical training a plus. Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces (attics, crawl spaces). Proficiency with hand and power tools. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience.
