Responsibilities include streamlining operations, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring alignment across teams to enable effective scaling.

Based in San Francisco to co‑locate with the CEO.

What you’ll do
Partner closely with the CEO on all aspects of running the business.
Help drive strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment across teams and priorities.
Prepare materials and agendas for leadership meetings and investor communications; represent the CEO in internal and external meetings as needed.
Identify and solve bottlenecks in processes to improve productivity and effectivity; implement scalable systems to support rapid growth.
Engage across functions, ensuring seamless communication between engineering, operations, product, growth/sales, and customer success teams.
Lead high‑impact projects and initiatives critical to the company’s growth; tackle ad hoc challenges creatively and efficiently.
Examples projects / areas of ownership
Quarterback Clipbook “all‑team” and “executive team” meetings.
Work with CEO to finalize the 2025 budget and investment plan.
Draft and manage cadence of communications with investors.
Support CEO‑driven enterprise sales to big‑ticket customers (content generation, meeting prep, joining calls directly).
Support CEO on fundraising process (where relevant).
Qualifications Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of working experience.
Ideally seasoned professional experience such as in a top consulting firm or private equity.
Strong mastery of general business fundamentals: quantitative analysis (core Excel), written communication, problem‑solving, project management, and managerial exposure.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
Instinct for early‑stage scrappiness and hustle.
Rocket‑fuel driven work ethic and execution velocity.
Preferred Skills
Background or passion for SaaS, AI, or technology companies, or direct experience with our customers.
Hands‑on experience scaling operations and implementing organizational processes.
