Position : Director, Digital Products
Responsibilities
Lead the strategic development of the digital cards area, creating new products and features.
Provide direction and contribute to the development, testing, and refinement of digital innovations.
Conduct channel/product gap analysis, competitive research and industry evaluations to extract actionable insights for digital strategy and roadmap.
Encourage progressive thinking and push boundaries.
Perform project requirements gathering and definition through consultation with subject matter experts.
Collaborate with external digital agency partners on a regular basis.
Participate in business case development, writing and delivery, and ROI projections.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in a technology‑related field – Required.
Master’s Degree – Preferred.
9+ Years related experience – Required.
Extensive knowledge of project management and advanced leadership skills.
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
Advanced knowledge of project and portfolio management tools (e.g., Clarity, Visio, Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint).
Demonstrated ability to build strong trusted relationships and foster collaboration.
Ability to influence business decisions and negotiate outcomes without authority.
Benefits
Competitive salary range: $131,250 – $240,000 USD annually.
Full‑time, Boston, MA.
