EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting and at least 5 years in financial leadership, or comparable progressive hotel finance experience. Extensive background in budgeting, forecasting, P&L reporting, account reconciliation, and strong analytical skills for data interpretation and problem-solving. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, POS/PMS systems, and proven leadership and communication abilities for team development and presentations.
