This is a high-impact, hands‑on leadership role requiring you to personally close a minimum of 12 units per year while building and scaling a high‑performing sales organization. By attracting top talent, coaching them to excellence, and growing their production, you can earn six figures or significantly more through personal production, team overrides, revenue share, growth share, vesting, health benefits, and investment opportunities via PLACE.
Responsibilities
Personally close at least 12 units annually through active prospecting, relationship‑building, and expert negotiation.
Attract, recruit, and develop high‑caliber sales talent, enabling team members to build their own six‑figure businesses.
Deliver hands‑on coaching, training, and accountability via weekly 1:1 sessions and team trainings to hit individual and team goals.
Develop and maintain expert knowledge of mortgage financing, local neighborhoods, schools, and all homeownership topics.
Master PLACE Technology (including CRM) and ensure the team fully leverages database opportunities and leads.
Actively participate in the PLACE Leadership Development program and Talent Attraction Consulting.
Oversee all contract negotiations and implement operational systems to support scalable sales growth.
Lead by example with ongoing personal production while creating a culture where team members thrive and achieve elite earning levels.
Qualifications
Proven closer with a verifiable track record of consistent personal production (12+ units annually strongly preferred).
Natural, accountability‑based leader who drives results in self and others.
Exceptional at building rapport and long‑term relationships.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized with a systems‑oriented mindset.
Learning‑based, adaptable, and committed to continuous growth.
Demonstrated ability to attract, build, and lead high‑performing teams.
Active real estate license.
5+ years of real estate sales and industry experience required.
3+ years of leadership experience strongly preferred.
