Role Description Role Description The Vice President of Business Development will be responsible for driving strategic growth by identifying new business opportunities, building partnerships, and fostering client relationships. Day-to-day tasks include developing and executing business development strategies, overseeing key account management, managing budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of organizational goals. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Washington, DC.
Qualifications Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in Planned Giving and Philanthropy to develop and maintain effective partnerships and cultivate contributions.
Experience with Annual Giving initiatives and Budgeting to support fundraising and financial planning activities.
Strong Project Management skills to coordinate business development strategies and oversee complex engagements.
Proven leadership and collaboration skills to guide teams and establish strong working relationships with stakeholders.
Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills necessary for high-level decision-making and relationship management.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
