The role you’ll own

Lead complex engagements:

Manage and review partnership, corporate, and individual returns; ensure technical quality and compliance.

Be the strategist:

Deliver proactive planning and structuring for closely held businesses, partnerships, and HNW clients (including multi-state).

Grow the book:

Spot opportunities, nurture referrals, and represent the firm in the market to expand relationships and revenue.

Coach and elevate:

Mentor managers, seniors, and staff; raise technical standards and leadership readiness.

Shape the practice:

Partner with leadership on California growth plans, service expansion, pricing, and profitability.

Innovate:

Improve process, integrate technology, and share best practices across our national platform.

Advise beyond compliance:

Support transactions, entity restructurings, and emerging advisory initiatives.

What you bring

CPA (active) .

8–12 years

of progressive public accounting experience with deep tax expertise.

Demonstrated

client relationship

wins and

business development

success.

Strong command of

federal and state

tax (multi-state exposure preferred).

Confident

leader, communicator, and project manager .

An

entrepreneurial mindset —energized by growth, impact, and equity-oriented outcomes.
