Description

Northwestern Medicine is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Care Physician, certified in Addiction Medicine, to join our Behavioral Health team in Winfield, IL, located in the western suburbs of Chicago. The ideal candidate will manage chronic health conditions, deliver evidence‑based addiction treatment, support stabilization and recovery, and work closely with behavioral health specialists, care management, and community partners.

Provide comprehensive general health and addiction‑focused care.

Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.

Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams including behavioral health specialists and social workers.

Clinic hours are Monday through Friday, 8 am–5 pm with flexible schedule and work‑life balance.

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to program development.

Qualifications

Board‑eligible or board‑certified Primary Care Physician, certified in Addiction Medicine.
