We are seeking a board-certified Vascular Surgeon for a 54-day locum tenens assignment in Pennsylvania, starting Jan 5, 2026. This overnight hospital-based role covers cardiovascular surgery from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with weekend call coverage 2–3 weekends per month (24-hour coverage). The ideal candidate will have an active Pennsylvania license and a strong background in vascular surgery, including fellowship training.

Responsibilities and Duties

Provide hospital-based rounding and overnight cardiovascular surgery coverage

Perform aneurysm repairs

Conduct carotid artery endarterectomy (CEA)

Perform femoral bypass surgery

Manage fistula proceduresExecute endovascular and open surgical reconstruction for deep vein occlusions

Deliver endovascular therapy for peripheral artery disease (PAD)

Manage endovascular therapy for gangrene of the limbs

Treat vascular malformations

Diagnose and manage Nutcracker Syndrome and lymphedema

Address varicose veins, vinas wounds, and carotid stents

Additional Information

Board Certified in Vascular Surgery – REQUIRED

Completion of Vascular Surgery Fellowship – REQUIRED

Active Pennsylvania license – REQUIRED

BLS & ACLS Certification – REQUIRED

Clean malpractice history – REQUIRED
