Benefits and Features
Base Salary: $230,000 - $250,000 / year based on experience
Bonuses: An additional $25,000 annually in quality bonuses (93% of providers achieve this bonus)

Role
Location: Goldsboro, NC (50 mins from Raleigh)
Clinic established in 2015
Award‑winning health system
Physicals, preventive care, management of chronic health conditions, sick visits
Annual exams, immunizations, acute walk‑in care
EMR System: EPIC
Schedule: M‑F: 8 am‑5 pm
Clinics staffed with family, internal, and pediatric physicians along with APP support staff.
Each physician has elbow support with a dedicated medical assistant and RNs throughout the practice to assist.
Open to physicians precepting/mentoring APPs if interested. That opportunity is compensated for.
Average daily volume: 18 patients per day

Board Certified / Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician
Eligible for a NC state medical license
