About the Role As an Audiologist, you'll take full ownership of the patient journey. From comprehensive hearing evaluations to fitting state-of-the-art hearing aids. You'll ensure every patient enjoys a seamless, supportive experience while driving the clinic's performance through excellent care, efficient operations, and strong leadership.
This position also includes managing the daily operations of the Glenwood Springs office, and playing a key role in its continued success.

What You'll Be Doing
Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations (including air/bone conduction, SRT, MCL, LDL, speech testing, and sound field assessments)
Recommend and fit hearing instruments based on individual patient needs and lifestyle
Deliver outstanding follow‑up care and long‑term patient support
Oversee daily office operations and supervise support staff
Monitor clinic performance and contribute to local marketing initiatives
Package and Benefits
Salary: Up to $85,000 base + commission (flexible based on experience)
Relocation Assistance: Available, if applicable

Schedule: Full‑time
Key Skills and Qualifications
Current license to dispense hearing instruments in Indiana (or eligibility to obtain one)
Proven experience in hearing aid fitting and dispensing
Excellent communication and patient education skills
Strong organizational and office management abilities
