The role is based in one of our locations in Bridgeport, Stratford, or Stamford, within a patient‑centric primary care model.
Position Highlights
Work in a multispecialty federally qualified healthcare clinic, caring for an existing patient base.
100% outpatient setting.
Family-friendly schedule, Monday to Friday, with options for part‑time or flexible hours.

Licensure & Certification Valid license to practice as an Internist in the State of Connecticut. Current DEA and State Controlled Substance certificates. CPR certification required upon hire and bi‑annual recertification.
