Benefits and Features
Base Salary: $330,000.00
RVU Productivity Bonus (no cap): $60/wRVU, 5,500 MPP
Signing Bonus: $55,000.00
Relocation Stipend: $10,000.00
CME: $5,000.00

Job/Practice Description
Infectious Disease Physician – Full‑time, 100% ID.
Location: Findlay, OH (1hr 30min from Detroit).
Blend of inpatient 70% and outpatient 30% with 1‑week hospital service (hospital call, consults, return patients) and 1‑week clinic schedule (3 days 8a‑5p, 2 days off).
Diverse spectrum of complex patients; option for IV antibiotics at home, outpatient infusion, or nursing home.
Full complement of medical and surgical specialties, interventional radiology, and 24‑hour in‑house hospitalist services.
Weekly onsite CME; grand rounds available through Mayo Clinic Care Network.
Option to teach medical students and advanced practice trainees.
Student support during or following training (monthly, quarterly, or annual stipend).
Physician Support
Dedicated practice team.
Autonomy and input on schedule, volumes, and practice operations.
Time with patients who respect your care.
Local administration with decision‑making on site.
