Responsibilities
Organizes and administers clinical and patient care services to achieve the facility’s goals established by hospital administration.
Develops hospital-wide programs, policies, and procedures to assess, evaluate and meet patients’ needs.
Creates and implements nursing plans for treatment, care and clinical services for patients requiring care.
Participates with management, medical staff, and clinical leaders in the facility’s decision‑making structures and processes.
Executes an ongoing program to measure, assess and enhance the quality of nursing care and services delivered to patients.
Qualifications
Current and valid state license as a Registered Nurse.
Current BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and ongoing renewal.
Current ACLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and ongoing renewal.
Minimum of five years Acute Care experience.
Minimum of two years previous administrative experience (preferred).
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required for all new hires after 1/11/2021.
Pay Transparency Prime Healthcare Management Inc. offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that allows employees to tailor benefits to their needs. Total Rewards include paid time off, a 401(k) retirement plan, medical, dental, and vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, and additional voluntary benefits. Estimated total compensation for this role is $150,000 to $195,000 annually, based on skill set, experience, education, credentials and licensure.
