Aesthetic Beauty Lounge is an established, high-end medical aesthetics practice expanding into full medical dermatology services. We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Dermatology Physician (MD/DO) to lead and build a dermatology division within a modern, patient-ready practice.
This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and meaningful upside for a dermatologist interested in practicing medical dermatology without hospital bureaucracy, while optionally integrating cosmetic dermatology.

The Dermatology Physician will serve as the clinical leader for dermatology services, providing high-quality patient care while overseeing PA and NP providers. You will collaborate directly with leadership to establish protocols, workflows, and long‑term growth strategies.
Clinical Responsibilities
Full-body skin exams and skin cancer screenings
Diagnosis and management of acute and chronic dermatologic conditions
Biopsies, excisions, and procedural dermatology
Pathology review and treatment planning
Long-term patient care and follow-up
Leadership & Supervision
Supervise PA and NP providers in accordance with Illinois regulations
Establish clinical protocols and standards of care
Participate in quality assurance and chart review
Support the growth of dermatology services
Optional personal cosmetic dermatology practice
Compensation $250,000 – $450,000+ annually
Productivity-based bonus compensation
Supervision stipend for PA/NP oversight
Qualifications
MD or DO with dermatology training
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Dermatology
Active Illinois medical license (or ability to obtain)
Interest in leadership and practice growth
Strong clinical judgment and patient-centered approach
