Join a well-established practice at Mosaic Life Care, working alongside one adult infectious disease physician and an experienced APP. Enjoy integrated support from hospitalists, critical care, emergency medicine, and more. This role offers a blend of outpatient and inpatient care, assessing adult patients, collaborating with ID pharmacists and microbiologists on treatment plans, and coordinating with care management for discharge and follow-up, including long‑term IV antibiotics and infectious diseases.
