Responsibilities and Duties

Provide 24‑hour unassigned ER call coverage for a trauma center

Manage inpatient consults for patients with cardiology needs

Ensure continuous coverage for unassigned emergency cases related to cardiology

Collaborate with hospital teams to deliver effective specialty care

Additional Information

Board certification in Cardiology required

Must hold a valid Louisiana medical license

Advanced Life Support (ALS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications required

Prior experience in ER call coverage and inpatient consults preferred
