Azza HealthCare Agency is seeking a mission-driven Psychiatric Provider to deliver collaborative, population-based mental health care for complex, underserved patients in a comprehensive, team-based setting.
Responsibilities
Guide behavioral health treatment using a modified Collaborative Care Model.
Provide direct psychiatric care (diagnosis, treatment plans, medication management).
Support medication-assisted treatment and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve outcomes and reduce unnecessary hospital utilization.
Engage in in-office clinical care, telepsychiatry, and community outreach with a focus on addressing social determinants of health.
Maintain confidentiality and operate in a professional, safety-conscious environment.
Qualifications
Board certification in psychiatry.
DEA and BLS certifications.
Experience with addiction medicine preferred.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
