PRN Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon Opportunity in Pueblo, CO Join an established orthopedic surgery team at UCHealth Parkview Medical Center as a PRN Fellowship-Trained Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon. Provide high-quality trauma care in a supportive, efficient environment with dedicated resources. Shifts include 12 hours on weekdays and 24 hours on weekends, focusing on excellent patient outcomes in a high-volume setting.
Description As a PRN Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon, you’ll contribute to a growing team that includes seven physicians (five surgeons, one non-operating surgeon, one traumatologist) and ten Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) for clinic support. Benefit from a dedicated Medical Assistant (MA) per surgeon and athletic trainers in the clinic. Our efficient, high-producing group ensures consistent, dedicated operating room (OR) access, allowing you to focus on what you do best – delivering world-class trauma care.
Utilize the EPIC EMR system-wide for seamless documentation and coordination. This role emphasizes high-volume orthopedic trauma procedures, where you’ll collaborate with a skilled team committed to innovation and patient-centered care. Whether handling complex fractures or emergency cases, you’ll play a key role in improving lives through fresh ideas and unwavering excellence.
Requirements
Board-Certified in Orthopedic Surgery
Fellowship-Trained in Orthopedic Trauma
Enthusiastic about providing excellent patient care in a high-volume, high-producing group
Strong commitment to collaboration and innovation in healthcare
Compensation & Benefits
