Overview Lead, supervise, and direct the operations and financial activities of the hotel. Safeguard the asset. Help create and implement the culture of HEI Hotels and Resorts at the property level for associates and guests.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Create and maintain a customer-driven hotel with a vision that inspires associates to excel. Oversee quality processes to ensure customer satisfaction through consistent delivery of product and service.
Tour and visually inspect the property daily. Monitor condition, cleanliness, cost control, and quality throughout the hotel.
Attend corporate meetings, sales trips, and serve on committees such as Research, Development, and Standards.
Assist Human Resources with associate issues, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions. Develop and review management team performance.
Participate in community affairs and maintain a positive public image.
Meet with potential and current clients to promote the hotel.
Involve in Sales and Revenue Management activities, including following SOPs, group inspections, and review of performance metrics.
Guide the management team in making sound business decisions. Create and execute financial objectives.
Ensure regular attendance and availability to work as scheduled.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications And Skills
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum 5 years of management experience, preferably in Rooms and Food & Beverage.
Knowledge of hotel operations, marketing, safety, personnel relations, budgeting, and legal considerations.
Ability to stand and move throughout the hotel with or without reasonable accommodation.
Effective communication skills adaptable to different audiences.
Compensation Salary Range: $200,000 - $255,000 annually Tipped/Service Charge Eligible? No Discretionary Performance Bonus Eligible? Yes
