Lockton Your Responsibilities Create and maintain optimal data pipeline architecture and infrastructure automation (IAC). Assemble large, complex data sets meeting business requirements across Data Solutions. Identify, design, and implement process improvements such as automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, and redesigning infrastructure for scalability. Implement analytics methodologies to improve customer experience, network performance, and profitability. Deliver technical functionality on the Global Lockton Cloud Data Platform with a product mindset. Use data, analysis, and automation for value generation through advanced data modeling and analytics. Build infrastructure for ETL/ELT processes using Cloud Technologies and On-Premises systems. Ensure high data availability and quality throughout the data lifecycle, supporting dashboards, ML models, and production datasets.

The Successful Applicant Experience with Azure services such as Data Factory, Databricks, ADLS-Delta Lake, and others. Experience with data warehousing, data modeling, and data governance. Proficiency in relational and NoSQL data stores, including dimensional modeling. Strong SQL Server stack experience, including SSIS, SSRS, Power BI, SSAS. Ability to support data transformation processes and metadata management. Strong analytical skills with structured and unstructured data. Support for 24/7 data accuracy and availability.

Qualifications

Minimum 7+ years in Data Platforms, Data Engineering, or Software Engineering. 4+ years experience with Azure or other cloud platforms. Hands-on experience with cloud technologies like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud. Experience collaborating with data teams and understanding of agile methodologies. Excellent communication skills, experience in finance/insurance preferred. Knowledge of AI-powered tools, GEN AI, and LLMs is advantageous.

Academic & Certification

Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. Azure/GCP/AWS Solution Architect or Data Engineer certifications are a plus.
