General Dentist – Full-time or part-time
Modern, well‑established practice looking for a long‑term associate with a path to partnership.
Position Highlights
Full‑time or part‑time General Dentist position
25,000 Sign On Bonus
Minimum guaranteed salary: $200,000 year with unlimited earning potential based on collections
PPO & Fee‑for‑Service (FFS) patient base – No Medicaid
Mentorship and clear Doctor Development Plan
Path to Partnership with no upfront cost

What We’re Looking For
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
Active State Dental License & DEA License
Competency in comprehensive dentistry including:
Restorative procedures
Extractions (simple and surgical)
Crown & Bridge
Endodontics (Root Canals)
iTero scanning
Implant placement experience is a plus, but not required
Excellent communication skills & a collaborative spirit
Committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience
