What You Will Do
Own the product vision and roadmap, identifying marketing opportunities, conducting user research, and defining strategic direction.
Drive key results such as user conversion, product adoption, and delivery of new payment product offerings.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (engineering, design, product marketing) to translate product vision into tangible features.
Balance business objectives, user needs, and technical feasibility to prioritize features and ensure timely delivery.
Champion user‑centric design principles to create intuitive and secure financial interfaces that exceed customer expectations.
Track product performance using metrics, analyze user behavior, and leverage data to inform product iterations and strategic decisions.
Effectively communicate product vision, progress, and challenges to internal stakeholders and external partners.
Job Requirements
5+ years of experience as a product manager in a startup environment.
Proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products.
Strong analytical and data‑driven decision‑making skills.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and work independently.
Enthusiasm for innovation and a passion for improving overall customer experience through technology.
Bonus Points
Experience working in a highly regulated environment.
Experience delivering fintech or proptech products.
Previous experience working in B2B SaaS companies.
