Responsibilities
Lead store operations to maximize sales and profitability.
Oversee daily store activities to ensure smooth operations.
Train, develop, and foster a culture of growth among store associates.
Deliver a positive and enjoyable shopping experience to every customer.
Safeguard company assets.
Build strong community relationships through outreach and partnerships.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
Implement operational and merchandising direction communicated from corporate headquarters.
Skills and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Strong results focus and ability to build relationships with team members required.
Excellent communication skills required.
Retail management experience preferred.
Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs. (occasionally 55 lbs.) from floor level to above shoulder height required.
Ability to handle frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting required.
