Job Summary

Gainwell Technologies is seeking an experienced product leader to design, develop and deliver programmatic analytic solutions for Medicaid and public sector healthcare clients. The Director, Product Management will play a critical leadership role within the Data + Analytics business unit, shaping product vision, driving go‑to‑market strategy and collaborating across engineering, clinical and business teams. Key Responsibilities

Own the product roadmap, prioritizing features and coordinating cross‑functional teams to ensure timely delivery. Lead go‑to‑market and client management activities, including campaign management, RFP responses, client presentations and executive engagement. Collaborate with business leaders, account teams and clients to define product vision, business requirements and prioritize portfolio features. Translate business requirements into technical specifications, working with engineering to develop the solution roadmap. Manage client feedback cycles, ensuring continuous alignment with product customers and end users. Drive strategic build / buy / partner decisions, building and managing product and technical partnerships. Develop market‑facing demos and materials to support client development efforts. Mentor junior team members and cross‑functional partners, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Represent Gainwell at industry events, conferences and forums. Qualifications

Experience with State Medicaid, SNAP/TANF eligibility/enrollment processes and related technologies. Understanding of income verification and quality control processes. Knowledge of SNAP and other public health programs and relevant policies. Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree preferred. 5+ years of product management experience in healthcare analytics or consulting. Proven track record designing, developing, and deploying analytic solutions. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross‑functional collaboration skills. Knowledge of healthcare regulations (HIPAA, CMS guidelines). Experience with predictive analytics, machine learning and AI in healthcare. Experience with healthcare data systems (EHRs, claims, population health tools). Exceptional presentation and storytelling capabilities. What You Should Expect

Position is 100% remote with up to ~20% annual travel. Benefits

Competitive salary ranging from $137,100 to $195,800 per year, depending on experience.
