Responsibilities
Establish and maintain Guest Services.
Support the Store Manager in overall operation of the store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability.
Develop staff, control expenses and shrinkage, and oversee merchandising and inventory control in adherence with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Minimum age 18.
Prior retail and/or management experience required.
Physical demands: in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds.
