Director of Business Development This senior role within the Business Development team focuses on originating high‑quality project opportunities in the industrial heat market and driving them to final investment decisions (FID). Responsibilities include leading cross‑functional teams, bringing large‑scale industrial decarbonization projects to life, and evolving Antora’s deal‑team playbook for high performance, efficiency, and productivity. Projects may be US or internationally based.
Senior or Staff Mechanical Engineer The role is to own the design, analysis, and validation of subsystems that enable Antora’s thermal battery. You will work collaboratively across disciplines to scope, design, refine mechanical systems from concept through testing and production, and build the processes, standards, and culture that support scalable delivery.
Senior Field Engineer Field Engineers lead the commissioning and start‑up of Antora’s thermal energy storage plants. The position requires expertise in:
Low and Medium Voltage (LV/MV) Equipment
Network, Instrumentation & Controls (N, I&C)
Mechanical, Electrical, and Process (MEP)
They collaborate with engineering, construction, and operations teams to safely commission and operate first‑of‑a‑kind installations. The role entails long‑term assignments (6–9 months) at project sites with travel support and defined objectives to ensure a safe and successful experience. This role requires strong technical expertise, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work collaboratively.
Senior Operations Technology Engineer The OT Engineer is responsible for Antora OT networks: identifying and developing company standards, designing and deploying networks at sites, and maintaining sites.
